Quality & compliance

Trust you can check

New York cannabis is one of the most tightly regulated markets in the country. We built our operation around that: every lot tested, every result published, every gram tracked.

What we do every lot

Four commitments

Licensed lab testing

Samples from every lot go to a licensed New York laboratory for potency and contaminant testing before release.

Public results

We publish the certificate of analysis for every lot, so retailers and customers can check what's in the pack.

Seed-to-sale tracking

Metrc records every plant, lot and transfer, with manifests on every delivery under our distributor licence.

Compliant packaging

Child-resistant packs, with labels and claims reviewed against New York's rules before print.

Licensed by New York State

Three licences, one operator

Holding processor, distributor and cultivator licences means fewer hand-offs between companies, and fewer places for quality to slip.

Questions

Quality FAQ

Is every lot tested?

Yes. Every lot is sampled and tested by a licensed New York State laboratory before it can be released for sale, as New York's cannabis regulations require.

Where can I see test results?

Every lot's certificate of analysis is published on our COA page. Search by the lot number printed on the package.

How do you track product?

Plants, harvests, lots and transfers are recorded in Metrc, New York's seed-to-sale tracking system, from intake through delivery to the dispensary.

Who reviews packaging and labels?

Packaging and labels go through a compliance review against New York's packaging, labelling and marketing rules before anything is printed. Packs are child-resistant.
